Role Overview

The VP / Head of Broker Alliance will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling strategic broker partnerships and B2B alliances. This role focuses on driving business growth through channel partnerships, strengthening broker relationships, and expanding the company’s distribution network.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the broker alliance and partnership strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage key broker partners, channel partners, and institutional alliances.
  • Build strong long-term B2B relationships to drive consistent deal flow and revenue growth.
  • Design broker engagement models, incentive structures, and performance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, operations, product, and compliance) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and deal execution.
  • Monitor broker performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead negotiations, partnership agreements, and commercial discussions.
  • Represent the organization in industry events, partner meets, and strategic forums.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing alliance and business development team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 10–15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or channel partnerships
  • Proven track record in building and scaling broker or channel alliances
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales models and partnership-driven growth
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, NBFC, real estate, or capital markets
  • Strong market network with brokers, intermediaries, and corporate partners
  • Strategic thinking with execution-focused mindset
