1. Scope

These Terms govern use of mahadevxfintech.com (“Platform”) operated by MahadevX Fintech Pvt. Ltd. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of service — DSA disclosure

MahadevX is an authorised Direct Selling Agent (DSA) for partner banks and NBFCs. We do not ourselves grant loans, issue credit cards, or underwrite insurance. Loans are sanctioned and disbursed by the lender directly. Insurance is issued by IRDAI-licensed insurers via our partner aggregator. The lender’s terms govern your loan; our role ends at lead facilitation and document handover.

3. No fees from borrowers

Borrowers pay nothing to MahadevX. Our commission is paid by the lender post-disbursal. The lender’s processing fee, prepayment charges, and other lender fees may apply — those go to the lender, not to us.

4. Eligibility

You must be: an Indian resident aged 21 or above, holding a valid PAN, eligible to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872, and not under any insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings.

5. Accuracy of information

You confirm that the information you submit is true and complete. False or misleading information may result in lender rejection, blacklisting, and legal action under the Indian Penal Code.

6. Lender decision is final

Loan sanction is at the sole discretion of the lender. We do not influence sanction decisions. We are not liable for: rejection by any lender, change in interest rate or fees by the lender, delay in disbursal, or terms imposed by the lender at sanction.

7. Limitation of liability

Our maximum aggregate liability to you arising from your use of the Platform is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — text, design, logos, code — is owned by MahadevX or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You will not: submit applications on someone else’s behalf without authorisation, use the Platform to commit fraud, attempt to access unauthorised areas, scrape data, or interfere with operation.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if we suspect breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
