These Terms and Conditions govern your enquiry, enrolment and participation in any course offered by MahadevX Learning Academy, a division of MahadevX Fintech. By submitting an enquiry or enrolling in a course, you agree to the terms below.

About the courses

MahadevX Learning Academy offers certificate-based training programs in lending, credit, sales, marketing, operations and financial-advisory skills. These courses are educational and skill-building programs; they are not a promise, guarantee or offer of employment, income, or a business opportunity of any specific value.

Eligibility

Each course page lists its intended audience and any minimum requirements (such as age or education). It is your responsibility to review these before enrolling; your advisor can help confirm your eligibility for a specific module.

Enrolment and fees

Enrolment is confirmed only after you have been informed of the applicable fee and module structure by an academy advisor. Fees for standalone modules and bundled programs may differ; your advisor will confirm the current fee structure at the time of enrolment.

Course content and delivery

Course content is delivered in Hindi and English, in a self-paced or instructor-led format as selected at enrolment. MahadevX may update course content, structure or instructors from time to time to keep the material current, without reducing the overall value of the program.

Assessments and certification

Certain modules require passing an assessment (MCQ, assignment, case study or capstone project, as applicable) before a certificate is issued. Certificates are issued by MahadevX Learning Academy and are digitally signed with a unique verification ID.

Career outcomes

While MahadevX Learning Academy may share illustrative career paths and roles associated with a course, we do not guarantee employment, income, or business results. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the learner's own effort, market conditions, and the hiring practices of individual employers or partners.

Code of conduct

Learners are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, advisors and fellow learners, and not to share, resell or redistribute course materials without MahadevX's written permission.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, linked in the footer of this website.

Changes to these terms

MahadevX may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enrolment will apply to you; continued use of course content after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
