Response times
We aim to respond to WhatsApp and phone enquiries the same working day, and email enquiries within 1–2 working days. For urgent batch-related issues, WhatsApp or a call is the fastest way to reach us.
Working hours
Our academy help desk is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Enquiries submitted outside these hours will be answered on the next working day.
