Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for courses offered by MahadevX Learning Academy. It is written to be easy to follow — if anything is unclear, our academy advisors are happy to walk you through it before you enrol.
How enrolment currently works
At present, enrolment in any MahadevX Learning Academy course is confirmed through an academy advisor by call or WhatsApp, not through an automated online payment on this website. Your advisor will confirm the module(s) or program you are enrolling in, the applicable fee, and the payment method before any amount is collected.
Cooling-off period
If you change your mind after paying but before attending your first live session or accessing self-paced module content, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Simply contact your academy advisor or write to us at the email below.
After a module has started
Once you have attended a live session or accessed the self-paced content of a module, that module is no longer eligible for a refund, as the learning material has already been delivered to you. Any remaining, not-yet-started modules in a bundle purchase may still be eligible for a pro-rated refund — ask your advisor for the current calculation.
Batch changes or cancellations by MahadevX
If MahadevX Learning Academy needs to reschedule or cancel a batch, you will be offered either a seat in the next available batch at no extra cost, or a full refund of the fee paid for that module or program.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days from approval. Processing times beyond this can occasionally occur due to banking timelines outside our control.
Non-refundable items
Any registration or convenience fee explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of payment, and modules already completed or substantially attended, are not eligible for a refund.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Contact your academy advisor directly, or write to info@mahadevx.in / call +91 98710 01985 with your name, the course/module enrolled in, and the payment reference. We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 working days.
