This Privacy Policy explains what information MahadevX Learning Academy collects when you enquire about or enrol in a course, and how that information is used, stored and protected. It applies to the course pages and the "Enquire Now" form on this website.
What we collect
When you submit an "Enquire Now" form, we collect your name, mobile number, and email address if you choose to share it, along with the course you are interested in. If you enrol, we may also collect KYC and payment details needed to process your enrolment and issue your certificate.
Why we collect it
We use this information to contact you about your enquiry, confirm batch details, process enrolment, deliver course content, issue your certificate, and share relevant updates about the academy. We do not collect this information for any purpose beyond supporting your learning journey with us.
How it is stored
Enquiry and enrolment information is stored securely within MahadevX's systems and is accessible only to authorised academy staff who need it to assist you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. It may be shared with certification or assessment partners strictly to issue your certificate, or where required by law.
Communication preferences
We may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email regarding your enquiry or enrolment. If you no longer wish to receive updates, you can let your advisor know or write to us and we will honour your request.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion of your enquiry data (subject to any record-keeping we are legally required to maintain for enrolled students). Write to info@mahadevx.in for any such request.
Website security
Enquiry submissions are protected with standard safeguards. As with any online form, please avoid sharing sensitive financial details (like full card numbers or OTPs) through the enquiry form — our advisors will never ask for these over call, SMS or WhatsApp either.
